From 23 to 25 October 2019, the Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition (KSFSN) held its international symposium and annual meeting at the Jeju International Convention Center, drawing some 1,500 participants under the theme "The Fourth Industrial Revolution: The Role of Food & Nutritional Sciences." BK bio presented posters on Super Coli, Super Coli sprouts, immune polysaccharide, gluco-oligosaccharide and Bifidus polysaccharide.
